Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Bryson Beauty Collection/I AM HAIR purchase for any reason, we welcome you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Clearance Items All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. Bryson Beauty Collection/I AM HAIR , monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Non-Returnable Items such as gift cards, body wash, sugar scrubs, facial product, skin products etc. Being that these are personal items and can not be restocked.
